Combining a therapist's listening skills, a researcher's rigor, and an illustrator's craft Coté brings a unique blend of skills to her facilitation. work. A Chilean-American based in Chicago, her background spans organizational psychology, UX research, and community organizing, equipping her to create spaces for collaboration that feel equally playful and effective.

Ania Staśkiewicz
Based in Poland, working across Europe
Ania co-leads Drawn Together Studio, bringing eight years of visual synthesis experience to help organizations think through complex challenges together. Based in Poland and leading our European practice, she combines rigorous facilitation training with real-time visual mapping skills honed through work with brands like L'Oréal, Samsung, and Danone. Ania believes the best insights emerge when teams can see their thinking unfold together—and that playful, collaborative exploration unlocks possibilities that traditional meetings miss. She facilitates in Polish and English, and brings genuine curiosity and energy to every engagement.
