Proposal for Live Visual StoryMap

September 17th and 18th, 2025 * New Jersey

Overview

Colgate-Palmolive’s Skin Health team is undertaking foundational research with dermatologists and aestheticians across the U.S. to understand their day-to-day practices, pain points, and areas of opportunity. The current methodology focuses on questionnaires and group discussions, but risks missing key insights that are essential to fulfill business goals.

To bridge this gap, we propose to use live story boarding to accomplish the following goals:

  • Reignite inspiration within R&D by bringing to life the dermatologists’ experience.

  • Translate potentially “dry” scientific or clinical responses into useful insights.

  • Clarify, turning complex professional workflows into simple, visual storyboards, aligning the team to effectively collaborate.

  • Identify Opportunities, by highlighting pain points to fuel product innovation.

Why invest in visual facilitation?

1. Clarity at a Glance – Complex dermatologist workflows become simple, visual storyboards anyone can follow.

2. Shared Understanding – Visuals bridge R&D, Marketing, and Insights, aligning collaboration.

3. Energy & Inspiration – Sessions that leave teams energized, not drained.

4.  Innovation Ready – Pain points made visible, sparking product ideas.
